  Clinical hypnotherapy cannot make you do anything you don't want to do; no, not even bark like a dog or rob a bank! Despite what you may have seen or heard on screen or stage, there is no magic to clinical hypnosis. Hypnotherapy cannot force change to occur; its effectiveness is closely related to your desire to change. So, it doesn't matter how long you've had a problem for - what does matter is that you want to change it.
