Hypnotherapy consultations with Christine Woolfenden are by appointment only and, other than the initial consultation, last 90 minutes. 

Business hours: 8:30 - 18:00. Appointment times: 9:30, 11:30, 13:30 and 16.00, Monday to Friday.

Each treatment programme designed by Echelon Associates Hypnotherapy Practice begins with an initial consultation that typically lasts 2½ hours. The main objective of the intiial consultation is to discuss the nature of your issue and to determine the most appropriate course of treatment to follow, but you are under no obligation to book further appointments should you decide that hypnotherapy is not for you. A 45 minute relaxation hypnotherapy session is included during this first consultation, offering an enjoyable and beneficial introduction to hypnosis.   Subsequent hypnotherapy sessions are goal-directed being tailored to achieve your desired outcome.
