Hypnotherapy tends to show results very quickly. However, it is not magic; the exact number of sessions required depends on the individual client and their particular issue. This is something that will be discussed at the initial consultation.
Minor problems can often be treated in as few as two or three sessions, whereas more deep-rooted conditions may require more in-depth therapy over several sessions.
